Microsoft 365 GCC High Environment

Implemented a new Microsoft 365 GCC High environment to accommodate a subset of client business directly related to government clients and ITAR-controlled CUI. The environment was deployed to support approximately 150 users.

Microsoft 365 GCC High Environment

Implemented a new Microsoft 365 GCC High environment to accommodate a subset of client business directly related to government clients and ITAR-controlled CUI. The environment was deployed to support approximately 25 users.

Acquisition - Microsoft 365

Completed an acquisition for a manufacturing company supporting approximately 25 users including Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business

User Principal Name and Primary SMTP Rename

Assisted a client, due to an acquisition, convert 14,000 users to a new user principal name (Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID) and primary smtp address to match the new public organization branding. This included the testing and validation of over 5,000 applications organization-wide, collaborating with teams in the United States and India.

Collaboration Strategy Design

Worked with a defense manufacturer to design a strategy related to collaboration, hardware, security, room design, integration, and user experience including in-room layouts, user guidance, and support. The engagement consisted of roughly 90 rooms across the United States

Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration - Defense

Worked with a defense client to migrate approximately 80,000 mailboxes between two Microsoft 365 GCC High tenants to enable a significant acquisition to increase collaboration and productivity. Led the 16-person team over 8 months to a successful migration.

Global Telephony Solution

Designed a global telephony solution leveraging Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, and Lumen dial-tone services. This solution supported approximately 15,000 users across 14 countries and simplified the voice infrastructure from multiple disparate vendors with separate support and maintenance contracts to an in-house solution resulting in a multi-year, multi-million dollar savings.
